Health "O Wait" WHAT! question again........

Well,turns out Junk food lowers Your IQ.Yep,but my hasnt gone down it went up.Im eating Pringles BBQ chips,and im still Smart!.I have 3 100's In 3 classes,passing up to 90's.gees alot of people were Failing not becaus eof Junk food,Because of there Head".Also eating bad will land you in the hospital.increased on Strokes,Mostly for men.This is Health Class.<br>What do You eat Thats bad for you?<br>have you had a Stroke Or heart Attack before/<br>"I want to be a doctor when i get older,studying pathophysiology."<br>Studying health books already.O yeah,one more thing '6 pacls of pop rocks&6 Sodas wont do nothing to You"-Mthbusters busted it.

  • I heard that on the radio and honestly don't believe it. I mean, there's a slight possibility its true but there's really no good way to prove it. I eat ice cream, cookies, chocolate, chips, all kinds of unhealthy goods and am still on high honor roll.

  • I've gotten straight A's in every single one of my classes since I was a Freshmen..and I eat: BURGERS, FRIES, COOKIES, PIES, GUMMY BEARS, CHOCOLATE OF ALL KINDS, AND SO MUCH MORE!!! NOM NOM NOM!!! and yet I fail to gain weight, so I wasn't allowed to play for my school one year :/ I've always been on honor roll too :) Of course junk foods will make you physically unhealthy if you have too much..I don't know if it will make you stupid though.

  • Junk food definitely has the potential to lower your IQ, because junk food will not support brain growth and function like fresh fruits, vegetables, whole grains, and protein. This won't be immediate, but over time(years) it is noticeable, especially on children who consume junk food daily, instead of getting a balanced diet. I completely cut junk food, fast food, fried food, and most pre-packaged food(like microwave meals) out of my diet, and noticed a HUGE difference in the way I physically and mentally felt after a couple months of detox. I have more energy, I'm happier, and I can concentrate longer. Regardless of diet, I've always been an A student, and graduated a year early with above a 4.0, but I would never go back to eating junk food simply for the way it made me physically feel, which I didn't even notice while eating like that! Lately I've considered switching to strictly organic products, but as a student I don't know if I can afford that.<br><br>The simple, undeniable fact is that you need a balanced diet to be healthy. Weight and IQ are <span style="font-style:italic">NOT </span>reliable ways to measure health.
