Annoying Coughing&running nose

Yeah i had a cold.athletics,They made us run outside in cold weather,With no sweats.twice maybe three.I used more tissues than anyone.Drinking water Like a camel.I have mucus somewhere" and its annoying.Becaus ei wiped my nose so much,my nose is sore.its crackly and pink On the sides.I got pink,reddish things on the top of my mouth.both sides.Wierd...My eyes were hurting,cause of the sinus pressure,stomach uhh etc.Have- no -appetite. It snowed today! Chest hurts
