Geez, I feel like I'm venting a lot lately.
And again this one is about work.

Today I was "attacked" but more like put in harms way because of a man's accident.
He didn't close a kennel all of the way, and Lyla (a cocker spaniel) got out.
The problem was that Bruiser (a boxer mix) was out as well, and he is extremely dog aggressive.
Bruiser attacked Lyla and I was the only employee back there and ended up in the middle of the mess.
I have countless scratches and a few puncture wounds from where I was bit.
If I didn't get in there Lyla would be dead.
Bruiser has to go for a temperment assessment tonight because of the attack.
I spent 2 hours in UrgentCare getting all cleaned up.
I wasn't scared honestly, I've been bit plenty of times, but this incident did shake me up a bit.
The scratches are pretty bad, and I've got bruises all over my arms and the punctures on my upper arm and hands.

I know it was just an accident, but I felt that if he were more careful, I wouldn't have been put in harms way.
I'm fine, my injures will recover. Doctor said I was lucky he didn't get a hold of my wrist because he would've broken my hand where he bit.

Obviously, Bruiser will probably be flagged as dangerous and put down.
