Could this week get any worse?

I've messed my mouth up really bad. I can hardly talk, and I'm basically starving while it heals.<br>There is a mouse in my room, which I accidentally let out of a cage after taking it from the cat.<br>One of my instructors was suddenly replaced, and the new instructor requires all new text books...I already bought the old ones. Waste of $100.<br>The text books I ordered won't be here until after school starts, which could really hurt me.<br>NOW Barnes and Noble seems to have tacked on an extra $300 on top of the original $500 of my book order for who knows what reason! My bank account officially reads -$158. Great....just great....I am officially no longer a fan of B&N. I'll take my business elsewhere.<br><br>The frustrating thing is that I can't call customer service for the bank or B&N, because of my injury. I'm going to have to wait for my mother to get home, so that she can do it.
I'm done with VP. I'll just be around until I get all my dogs and lines placed in good hands. If you want to contact me, please do so through deviantART.

    Id be mad too. Who the heck just adds $300 on with out telling you? Ive never been a fan of that place ever, anyway. Maybe your books will get there faster than expected, that happens to me a lot. Hope you get feeling better, and things work out for you!

    Thanks! My mother called, since I can't talk well, and got them to explain it. They gave us some stupid explanation, saying that it is a normal part of their process. Apparently they send a request for the total, and then send individual requests for funds as they ship the books, and once they are all shipped and paid for, they cancel the original total request. I don't see how that is legal! I had to transfer a bunch of money from my savings account to avoid getting charges from the bank for overdrawing. That will be the last time I ever order text books online. Saving a few bucks is not worth all that stress.<br><br> So far I got 2 of my text books(thankfully one was the one I absolutely needed right away), and one of the extra books I ordered. The rest will be arriving tomorrow, and Friday.
