automatically locking old posts

Not much to explain, old posts from years ago get dragged up all the time, so maybe after a set period of time without replies they should be locked to prevent it.

    That would require Ops to manually go through and lock them. That there are thousands of posts and once in a while one or two get bumped up really doesn't seem like it's that good a use of time.
