I get creative periodically and today just happened to be one of those days.

Please tell me what you think and what I can improve on! Thanks! Did this one first and got an idea for the second one.

Alright, the first one has a few things that bother me. Not trying to sound harsh, just giving my opinions below. The first dog, the one in the top left corner, is just out of place. To make it look 10000x better, move the dog so it looks like its laying on a rock, not floating in mid-air. Also, the random head in the top right corner bothers me as well. If you want a headshot, try getting one that's a little bigger, and lowering the opacity of that image, so it seems kinda dream like. On the good side, I like what you did with the text, its really nice. The second one is really nice. I really like it, so there's not too much I see wrong with it. One thing though, its kinda confusing. Next time you do a banner like that, try blurring the background by like 1 or 2 pixels, than leave the main dog image, in this case the gray one, normal. Again, love the text and the little border around the text. The third one isn't really the best from your post. For one, the cropping isn't great, what tool do you use? I might be able to help. Also, I'm not one for plain color backgrounds, so maybe try to get a nice image background, it'll make it look like you know what your doing as an artist. Finally, the text is kinda boring. Try to get something nice, and if you have to, download something from <a href="http://www.dafont.com"; target="_blank" class="bb-url">http://www.dafont.com</a> I know I'm not the best banner maker, but I think these tips will really help you. I'm guessing your using GIMP? If so, you can message me for any help you need, I use GIMP too. Again, not trying to be rude or harsh, just giving my opinions.

Thanks for your input. The third banner is actually a transparent background. I am using an old version of Photoshop Elements. I've had it for years and only sometimes play with it. PM me if you want to. I love your style and I wish I could get my stuff to look as shiny as yours.

I don't know if elements is the same as the CS series, which is what I use, but if it is, I could give you some teaching? ^.^
