Is This Normal {Boarding Kennel}

My dogs have only been in a boarding kennel for a little over a day now, and all of their stats have dont this <img src="http://i54.tinypic.com/2dgpddx.png"; alt="http://i54.tinypic.com/2dgpddx.png"; class="bb-image" /> Theve all gone down, I thought in boarding kennels they were supposed to go up.

I'm assuming that you are confused about the stats in the parenthesis, but correct me if I am wrong. The stats in the parenthesis are not necessarily what your dog started out with. What's in the parenthesis and what's outside the parenthesis are two different things.

All starting stats are determined by 3 things, breed, parents' birth stats (the number in parenthesis) and the amount the parents were trained or actual stat (the number not in parenthesis), in that order. The number or actual stat represents what you have achieved in your dog through training exercises. This is what events are judged on so all breeds have 'a shot' at winning, some may be tougher than others. Dogs are born slightly less than their natural potential. 200ish is about the max amount a dog can gain in these areas. The number in parenthesis or birth stat represents the stats at birth. The better the birth stats of the dog, the more stars it will give. The stars represent an expert's rating of the dog's potential. The more stars, the more potential it has in that area. Certain stats, like hyperness and aggression, can be good or bad, depending on what you want your dog to do. The amount it gains and the starting level of the number, is dependent on these stars. All dogs are different or unique, one four star dog may be better than another in a particular area.

Yes, in the parenthesis is the birth stats. I imported them, then put them in a boarding kennel not but 5 minutes after that. There are about 20 of them like that.

The stats in the parenthesis should not raise or lower except through breeding. A dog's regular stat will raise in a boarding kennel though. What were the birth stats before going into the kennel?

The parenthesis is what the dogs stats were going into the kennel. I imported them and then put them in about 5 minutes later. I didnt take a turn, try to train them, or anything.

Okay, let me try to understand this. You imported the dogs, put them into a boarding kennel, and you didn't do anything, such as training or taking a turn, but their stats(not the ones in the parenthesis) went down?

It's normal for loyalty to go down, but not any other stat. Loyalty goes down Adaptation goes up Courage goes up Everything else should remain the same.

Also keep in mind that not all the stats in parenthesis will have been the same as the stats not in parenthesis. Some will be higher and some lower.

The stats in parenthesis are rarely ever the same as the stats outside of them, they are often higher than the birth stats. I think you were thinking the two should be the same. Imports are a little strange, too, because their "birth" stats can be very varied/random compared to 2nd gen and up. They aren't consistent.
