Finally, we're into December. Now I'm starting to feel super Christmassy xD<br><br>So, should we be thinking about setting the Secret Santa and art competitions up soon?<br><br>And, with the competitions, how many are we going to have? I think it might be nice to have one drawing competition, like draw the most Christmassy dog, or something like that, and a writing competition with poetry or a short story. And perhaps a Christmas layout competition, for those who aren't fond of drawing or writing? <br><br>If we're short of funding I can always donate some more

<br><br>Nickel and I can get together the art contest, I've got some great ideas ^.^ Including drawing, banners, writing, and layouts. So consider that task done ^.^
Everyone is allowed to join the contests as entries for now. However, we still have time to establish rules to make it fair. <br><br> Yes, we should start discussing secret santa and who will be the one keeping track of that. <br><br>The art competitions can be held by the Artists and Head Graphics Team. They can choose paritcular judges if they wish to enter as well.<br><br> We have around 49m from what the VAA Treasury says. We should try to be wise about the money and not spend it all on the Christmas Event, but spend enough where people will be interested.<br><br><br> Brutis, did you see the other qualifications and see if you fit them? <br><br> <br> We should have a VAA Council meeting on the 15th of December when things are being made and rolling along to assure what needs done. We should start creating the Christmas board quickly, Secretary, or me if it isn't done fast enough, that way people can begin early and not have a rush at the last minute. <br><br> We agree to have artistic competitions: Drawings, banners, writing, and layouts. We will list prizes once we have everything organized and know how to fan out our funds. For the Secret Santa, we need to talk about that more along with what the criteria the art competitions will be. We will also host dog events for the VAA Christmas Event that will be holiday based. <br><br> If you have anymore suggestions or add ons for the events, now will be the time to ask.

You simply read the requirments on the front page. Once you believe you fit them, message a Chairman and they'll look through the requirements. If you fit the criteria, you'll be accepted and added onto the association. =]

just a quick note...<br>i'm pulling myself out of this club. i thought it was a great idea-a club to essentially raise vp morale and help inexperienced players, but most of the chairmen etc have posted that they are quitting the game, and nothing has been done with all the VP items we pooled together.<br><br>good luck to the remaining members, and remember the point of a game is to have fun!
It's hard to do anything when I believe Young_Native left. We might have to do a VAA 2.0.
