Torn in Two..
So I'm thinking about giving up dog shows for cattle.<br>I'm kind of tired how sometimes snobby and rude some people can be at shows.<br>I have all the stuff and a lot of knowledge.. But I'm losing my want to show.<br><br>Today I did juniors at a show and got third.. Out of three people. Troy wouldn't cooperate and he was acting REALLY weird. I'm taking him to the vet because of it tomorrow... Well out of the three people it was me, this about 17ish girl who kept glaring at me.. and this large guy who was about to age out.<br><br>So the judge gave me the second place ribbon on accident, so I thought I got second, which I was amazed by because of the way Troy was. But then the girl that kept glaring at me complained to her mom about how she got third, and then talked to the judge about it. She then found out I wasn't meant to get 'her' ribbon and her and her mother rudely came up to me and said "That ribbon was a mistake. We need to switch because you weren't supposed to get that ribbon. That one belongs to us, not you." Like I stole it.<br><br>That's not the only time I've encountered this... People don't get that there's a nice way to say things. <br><br>I am so sick of dog shows honestly. People are rude to people who try to be nice to them. It's ridiculous. :twisted:
