Ok so as I posted before, Im babysitting for two boys. As percaution, I handed them a note I asked to fill out with emerjency numbers, allergies ect. They <span style="font-style:italic">laughed</span> and said oh look at your growing up, I dont need to fill that out hunny. Im not that young, and if there kids allergic to peanuts? It wont be funny if they ask for a nutter butter, and I dont know because you though it was funny to fill that out or inform me.<br> Honestly, Yes im a little younger, but im waching your kids. If you cant take me seriously you shouldnt trust me then. I want to be treated as an adult in that situation, because honestly you whouldnt leave your own children in the hands of someone you find that amusing

    If I was in that position, then I would refuse to babysit. I for one would not take the risk of babysitting children, which can be prone to accidents, without knowing emergency numbers, allergies, etc. It just puts YOU at risk for taking the blame if something does happen.

    Well that's just irresponsible of that parent then. Calmly explain yourself, and maybe just ask about the peanut butter allergy. <br>Most parents have emergency numbers on the fridge, but the only ones you really need to know are the police and their cell numbers.

    They agreed to sign it. I saw the mom talk to the dad, and I think the mom completley agreed with me. I leave in 10 minutes, im so nervous. Ive neevr babysat for anyone else, but ive got good experince. I have a newborn at my house, one about ten months, a 3, 5 and 7 year old.

    Some people just don't deserve to be parents. I make my -family- members, ie my aunts and uncles and whatever, fill out an information sheet. Every time I babysit, I do it again. I'm not going to risk it.
