Ive had Fiber One Bars. I love the dark chocolate and almond ones. Just dont eat too many or theyll give you extreme gas. I think its hilarious because no one believes me and when it hits them I crack up xD That peanut butter stuff sounds good o.o
<br>I think those are the exact flavors I got. I know the dark chocolate one is in the box(box of 2 flavors). I got them as a breakfast alternative, or maybe a lunch alternative when I'm in one of those "nothing sounds appealing for lunch" moods, so I'll definitely be sticking to no more than one at a time. I will however pass that info on to my mother so she doesn't munch on too many before going off to sit at a lecture. That would be embarrassing. <br><br>Today I had the peanut butter stuff with strawberry preserves(normal kind), on a rice cake as a snack after running around town all day. It was a great snack for a total of 85 calories! 35 for the rice cake, and 50 for the preserves!

Mmm. That sounds yummy! I love to put Nutella on low-fat grahm crackers for a snack. Im not sure how healthy that actually is, but its better than chowing down on cookies and chips. Plus it actually fills me up (:

Yay! I decided to splurge on some new clothes when I lose some more weight. I can already tell Im going to need new summer clothes if I keep up at this pace. New jeans I bought for this winter that were almost too tight are now almost too big! Im beyond excited.

Here is a low calorie desert/breakfast I found.<br><br> My mother and I have been wanting to make my grandmother's delicious banana nut bread, but due to the ingredients banana nut bread can be very high in calories and fat, so today I tried this recipe: <a href="http://www.hungry-girl.com/chew/chewdetails.php?isid=1343" target="_blank" class="bb-url">http://www.hungry-girl.com/chew/chewdetails.php?isid=1343</a><br><br> My mother and I were surprised. It's rather tasty. As with all low calorie/diet things it's not as good as the real deal, but it was surprisingly close. The applesauce alternative to butter makes it nice and moist. My mother liked it so much that she is actually going to do some modification to my grandmother's recipe, so that it includes applesauce. <br><br> Honestly, the only complaint is that it seems like the banana flavor isn't as powerful as it could be. We're not sure why, because my grandmother's recipe uses the same amount of bananas, and is super banana flavored. Maybe the apple sauce or cinnamon over powered it? I'm a banana lover though, so I love a strong banana taste, but my mom, who isn't crazy about bananas, thinks it's fine. Oh well, since banana bread only gets better with time, it should be even better tomorrow when it's cooled down.<br><br> Regardless it's a good recipe to try, and you can always modify it if something tastes a little off to you.

WW costs more money than just a normal diet. My mom nearly flipped because I mentioned the Atkin's diet, which is really bad for you due to all the fat you take in. Too much protein.

I was able to avoid discomfort and even eat twice, because I kept my portion sizes tiny, and I was also able to have a small amount of desert.<br>I think I've only lost a pound or two. It's coming off a lot slower now that my body doesn't work as hard as it did 26-27 lbs ago. It makes it harder to stay motivated, but I just have to remind myself that as long as I stick to my diet I WILL get there. 3-4 pounds to go until I reach my 2010 goal. I also got some multivitamins and calcium supplements. I'm hoping they help me become healthier, because even though I now eat healthy I know I'm still not getting enough of some things(like calcium).<br><br>Also, I seriously need some new pants. lol. They just hang off me, and it looks <span style="font-weight:bold">horrible</span>.

Sorry guys, Ive been gone and this post kind of died. But I lost 3 pounds! I decided I want to lose at least 10 by March because I have to wear a dress to this special school ceremony, and at least 20 by May, because I may be going to a concert and Id like to look good, and at least 30 by the end of summer, because I want to lose about 30 overall. Good job everyone whos made progress! Keep up the good work! And those of you who are just starting out, good luck!
<span style="color:#FF00BF">What's your diet like?<br>If you've seemed to have reached a plateau where no more weight is coming off, introduce carbs back into your diet.<br>Not a lot though, just something like two pieces of toast in the morning. Your body goes into a 'conservation mode' and a way to push past that is reintroducing routine carbs, and then taking them out again.<br><br>And I'm low on calcium too, so I started taking supplements. I get some through yogurt, and the occasional glass of milk. But dairy products are quite high in fat content sometimes. <br><br>As for pants.. at least you know what to put your Christmas money towards! <br><br>Cybe <33 Nicely done and reasonable goals! I'm sure you're going to look fantastic in that dress!</span>
It's not that's it's not coming off, it's just slower(1 pound a week if I'm lucky). There are quite a few factors that could be causing it, such as my recent high stress and lack of sleep due to school/the holidays. Ideally, I should also add more exercise to my "plan" but the cold weather makes me lazy. Who doesn't just want to snuggle up in a warm blanket?<br> My diet is actually pretty rich in carbs and fiber, but of course it's the good kind from stuff like oats, vegetables, and fruit. I don't trust any of the low-carb diets, when you can loose weight just fine without subtracting carbs. You just have to make sure they come from healthy sources. <br><br> Yeah, dairy is something hard to consume when you're on a diet, or trying to be healthier. I've almost completely avoided it, except for the occasional slice of cheese. It's been MONTHS since I've had animal milk, or yogurt. I was going to try Greek yogurt not to long ago(for protein), but I couldn't get past the funky smell. I love my Silk soy milk though.<br><br> I actually went out and bought a pair of cute grey Roxy jeans(on sale for $20! ), because I made Christmas plans, and have to have something to wear. It's been years since I've worn pants that small. I've also found that a straight cut makes me look slimmer. As much as I love flared pant legs, they are not flattering on someone my height.

<br><br> I'm not a big fan of animal milk, and when I do drink it I'm very picky. If it's just cool(right out of the fridge), or room temperature it grosses me out. I have to have it with ice, or hot.I drink Silk light original, and in my opinion the flavor difference is very, very minor. I actually prefer the flavor of soy milk, and my mother has even started to drink it after I let her try it. I'm sure everyone has something they couldn't possibly eliminate from their diet; mine's fish and seafood.<br><br>I'm wearing them to my grandmother's house for Christmas eve. My brother and I are going to decorate cookies with my cousins. I'm so excited, because it brings back a lot of good memories from when I was really, really young. It's probably been a good 5-6 years since we last did it, because of family feuds destroying the possibility of doing Christmas like we used to. I'm more ecstatic about the nostalgia than actually eating the cookies.

How's everyone doing?<br>I reached my weightless goal of 30lbs, but unfortunately I had to stop working on my fitness goal due to being busy with school, and now I feel like I've lost a lot of muscle I had built up. Now that I'm on break, I'll have to start exercising again.<br><br>My new goal is to get my drivers license! I'll be going to take my permit test on Monday. Hopefully this time I actually get to practice before the permit expires.

If it wasn't for her, I would still probably be lazy. <br><br>So we had this nice dinner to go to and when I tried picking out something to wear I got super frustrated because nothing fit! Of course I was happy as well, but when you're in a rush it's not fun when you have nothing to wear, but when I walked into the place my whole family just bombarded me and said that I looked great! <br><br>I feel so happy! I finished school, start a new job (career) after Christmas and I've lost 30lbs. Right now things couldn't be better.
