Offering unmade dye for a pro layout

I need a layout made for my online business. Something with a banner at the top side navigation and a box all the way at the bottom of the page for things such as copyrights and forms of payment accepted. I am offering an unmade dye in return for this service. It will need to be easily editable as I am not great with HTML. I will also need this done as quickly as possible - within the next week or so. If your interested please post some examples and when you think you could have the layout completed thanks! =)
