What I Hate.

I dislike it when people vent, then multiple people reply saying things rather rude. Like something that isn't a problem to you, could be something huge in another's life. This game is full of different ages, we should all know this. Everyone needs to "vent" every once in a while. That's why there's a vent section in this forum. People aren't very fond of being told that they're being greedy when they're trying to vent. I wouldn't enjoy it, and I'm pretty sure a majority of the human population wouldn't either. We all have our moments. If what you say might cause conflict, don't say it. Always think things through before saying something. If you can't say anything nice, please don't say anything at all. I'd rather get no replies on a vent than get many replies saying that my vent is ridiculous, stupid, or not a 'good' reason to be upset. Think about it.

I was included in the vent you are talking about and all I did was stated my opinion of the situation. I wasn't rude in any way.

I was also but I understand now. Sometimes little things in life really nit pick at you, they build up and up, and sometimes the situation can happen in a rude, forcefull or unfair way and a good thing to blow steam is to come on a site or place such as vp, where knowones knows you to vent. And then to have people argue with you there?

The vents are filled with many controversial topics which others disagree or agree with. This can be between people over the internet or not. However, classifying every person who replies in disagreement to a vent as 'rude' just doesn't go up to sound rude (not saying everyone does that or anything), they have a reason to sound that bad. People listen to themselves before the post, well, at least I do. I don't intend to come off rude unless I'm clearly upset. You can ask people and mostly would respond that they don't see me upset enough to sound that rude, but it happens. Nobody is going against someone's vent, so far that I seen. I haven't saw a single person say another couldn't vent. That would be wrong. It is wrong for people to come up and say they don't have the right to vent, when they do, but some people might be included in that vent which others don't know the whole story about. People might come off rude because it's the 'he said but she said' story and everyone is trying to make the other look bad because it's simply human nature, but telling another person, like you said, is wrong that they have no right to vent. Everyone needs to vent, but sometimes in those vents others are included and it can get nasty. It's just best advised nobody vents about another player or at least put it in a different situation so nothing nasty would come up. It's rude in another way for another player to vent about another when it's clearly shown that they are. It happened to me and I dropped it, but came to some understanding and footing with the person. All I have to say is that everyone has the right to vent, the right to simply rant about the smallest to biggest problem. I also would like to point out that going onto a vent and taking sides or trying to find the 'bad guy' won't get anywhere. People don't just act rude for a reason. They usually have good reasons why. Nobody wants to be rude or looked as the bad guy. It's just a matter of opinion and who wants to jump vents and look at rude posts. I'm hardly rude. I don't like to be rude. I will try NOT to be rude, but I get fed up. I have my moments where I get mad and things get out of hand and I apologize for things that had happened because I lost my temper.

I think I've just grown to hate the Vent boards, in general. *shrugs* I wish the Vent boards were like the RPG boards, where they only had to be viewed by people who wanted to see them, and could only be posted in by people who have read and agreed to a certain set of rules.

Im sorry if im rude but when you say only veiwed by those who want to see them, if its that bad for you, its your risk your taking once you click on it. If there so bad dont come at all. For some ppl, they have no friends at all, no friends to talk to, no family, or they HAVE to get somethng out but knowwhere to say it and here its a perfect place because knowone actully knows you, but real people are hearing you crys for help. I for one love the vent boards for this reason. I have friends, but they dont always listen to my problems, and familly ugh family. I also like hearing others to help, just for enjoyment of a good story or relizing some people have it much much worse then me. I dont think there should be rules because if you break rules on a "vent" board, you shouldnt be on fourms at all.

No need arguing about venting on a vent about being rude on another vent. hah that confused me when i was typing it xD No need fussing over something that has been clearly taken care of seeing as how its now a locked vent

I like the red skittles best, the green and yellow ones second, and still like all the others, just not as much XD I like where this vent went. XD
