<span style="font-size:90">Oh my Lord.<br>I am for real about to just flip.<br>I went on a trail ride, and I'm assuming I got bit or something, because there's what started to look something like a pimple/zit near the front of my ankle. It grew about 3 times the size it was yesterday to today. All around it is red and it feels like my muscles and skin around it, like 3-4 inch diameter, is all stretching towards it. It hurts and it looks horrible when I'm wearing shorts. D;<br>I don't know what it is, it's uncomfortable, it's ugly and ugh! <br><br>but anyway...that's pretty much it. atleast on the upper hand I veto stay the night with Drew and rode in the show tomorrow. :) Im riding Tunie (OTTB) instead of Dude, so hopefully I get a ribbon. :3</span>

    It's probably ringworm. I had it as well, starts like a zit, then looks like a mosquito bite, then forms a raised ring around it.<br>not to worry, it's not actually a WORM. It's a fungus. It IS contagious so don't let your family or friends OR pets (I believe it can spread to them as well) touch it.<br>It needs a special ointment to be treated so you need to see a doc ASAP. <br>I had it and it cleared up with the ointment within a couple weeks.

    You should see your doctor right away. There could be a number of things that could have bitten or pricked you, some which can pass on diseases and parasites.

    <span style="font-size:90">Well, if it doesn't clear up in a few more days (hoping I just rubbed on some poison ivy or something with razor burn and it got in it or something like that) then I'll do something about it, otherwise I'm going to just keep an eye on it. It hasn't changed much throughout today..so hopefully it starts going away.<br>I mean, since I wrote this earlier, it hasn't really hurt quite as bad..I got the puss and stuffs out of it right before I typed my OP, so that might be the reason.<br>But I'm for sure going to keep an eye on it over the weekend, and hopefully it just gets better.<br>(Just looked at it again, since I've had jeans on and just took them off so I'm only wearing shorts)<br>It's smaller than it was..so hopefully something just rubbed razor burn and it got all nasty, and getting the puss and what not out of it helped..<br>But yeah..<br>Thanks for the input though, I do appreciate it, even though it may not seem like it.<br></span>
