Reposting Already Made Topics

This just always has bothered me. There's been tons of instances where certain things were repeated for no reason. If you would just go to search, you'd find what you need. What mainly bothers me, is when people make a guide that we already have a guide for. It makes me think, "was the first guide garbage? Did the person waste their time writing it?" I can understand if you made a guide that was better than the previous one (more pictures, examples, info, easier to understand), but why do a guide that doesnt surpass the previous ones? All these extras do is push down the good guides that should stay up. I guess I dont understand it. There's other topics that can be covered with a guide instead of making 3+ copies of the same thing. o.0 iunnooo...
