Salutations dear in-need-of-money being! Let Bank of Hoobyjaba bring you some inner-peace! Hoobyjaba is the bananas. As you’re led off to the chairman’s room, you stand in awe at the engravings of ‘was-heres’ crudely etched on public property and pass two hobos fighting over cheese. You see some shady figures standing near the door the servant enters. They stare at you suspiciously and mutter a few words. “Bologna, that’s what that one is.” One gruffly says while thumbing you. You decide to quickly run into the room. The servant bows to the small schoolgirl sitting on a big, extravagant, red chair as she idly taps the cherry oak desk. The green velvet bookmark beside her hand shines in the dim light. “So, you need a loan?” She asks. “Well, you’ve come to the right place.” In other words, this post is made for the people who need some quick loans. I highly respect and encourage novices in need of money to try this out. Those who are committed to the game should be the only ones asking for loans since, you know, loans need to be payed back. If they aren't, have you ever seen an angry schoolgirl? Not great. Worse than when someone wore the same dress at the prom that she had righteously gotten which clearly said her name all over it! Like, O-M-G! Ok, so you're asking, what is she getting out of this? Charity is certainly not it. There will be small fees for the loan that will be payed later with the loan so the pot can grow so more and higher loans can be made.

Rules of Bank Hoobyjaba Must read all posts before sending in application for loan, or you will automatically be declined and never allowed to make another loan. Is that big enough? =P You will be paying back in VPC, not services. VPC for VPC. Loans higher than one million will require a collateral unless provided references of trust and citizenship by renowned players. Collateral must be exactly, even, or higher than loan. People who do not payback will not be endured again. Anyone can ask for a loan, but must give good reason and a trustful insight on how the money will be paid back. VPC for VPC, that's all. Better features might come later. Only loaning a certain amount of VPC and ONLY VPC for now. Applications must be properly filled out or will not be accepted. People with bad reputations will not be tolerated. Do not spam the bank. If your application wasn't accepted, please do not spam asking why. Take it to private message with me. Allow a few days so the information can be processed. I'm not always online. If you already had taken out a loan, I will not give another unless you specify concrete, good reasons on WHY you deserve another. This also depends on the trust. Generosity is what the bank is about and the people should be courteous to the bank's chairman. After all, who is giving you the loan? First loans to Novices and Sponsors will be limited to less than 1m VPC unless given references of good citizenship where trust can be sturdily founded. Fees, varying on size of loan, will also be added to the money owed so the bank can prosper and serve more customers.

FAQ What is a collateral? It's an item you send that's worth the money you're taking out, or more, that will pay off the loan if you CANNOT pay back the loan. That way, the Bank of Hoobyjaba won't ruin out of dog bones and lose their marbles. Schoolgirl cosmetics cost a lot, you know. The collateral will be sent to the bank and held until the repayment is finished. How will I pay you back? There will be weekly fees that will slowly but surely pay back the loan. I will not do monthly fees, unless given proof of perfect trust. Permanently won’t do annual fees either. The fees can either be weekly or daily, or monthly in rare occasions. The fee will vary depending on the size of the loan and what you can afford. Each day/week, depending of repayment method, there will be negative contracts that you will accept to pay back the loan. The negative fee will vary also. What if I can’t pay the loan back? Well, if it’s lower than 1m, don’t sweat too much. We’ll work something out. If it’s more than 1m, let’s hope the collateral will work. What would counts as a collateral? A goody dyed dog, show dog, or whatever that can be sold for the same price as the loan taken out. Graphics and services are not counted since they’re not stable. I can’t pay back the loan but I want my collateral back. What can I do? You’re tough out of luck unless you have something of equal or greater value of your collateral to trade out with. Can I pay back with services? No. Only VPC will be accepted. How can I get references? If you’re asking that question, you might not have any. References are people who have absolute trust in doing business with you. Example: Habby does all her business with Karma so Karma knows she can completely trust her. REFERENCE! NO: Habby just wants quick cash so she gets random people to be references. Your references must be people who are renowned in the game that I can also trust. Shady figures in a shady environment will only make me more skeptical.

Applications will be accepted via private messages on the forums. If declined, you will also get a stated decline via private message. Some will be accepted/declined on forums for very obvious reasons. Once applications are accepted, you may retrieve your loan. Must inform me where the contract will be coming from. Loans will be taken out of the bank's kennel. Contracts will be sent to Show Man, owner of 'Lovely Bunches of Coconuts Kennels'. The collateral will also be sent there if collateral is needed. Depending on your method of payback, I will send weekly or daily negative contracts to your desired kennel from the kennel listed above. These contracts will deduct cash to repay your debt. We can settle which days these contracts will come and for how much. If the repayment contracts are not accepted within three days, you will receive a message of notification that the contract is waiting. If this drags onto a week, you will be informed again. If I receive no message back, you will not receive another loan ever again. This can be prevented if going on vacations or other things by sending me a notice and prepaying the missed days/week’s repayment contracts before you leave.

Thanks Nutty and Kazuko for clarifying while I was away. =] You will know if they're trustworthy if you can depend on them and they do lots of business with other people who have trust in them. Fine examples are Nutty and Kazuko! They're well known and very trustworthy. Others would be Bobcat, Tarnish, Nickel, Evlon, and Horse. Those are only a few of probably hundreds of people who can be used as reference. I also want to help people, but they won't receive that help if they will not read the rules. The rules are to ensure that only the novices who really need the loan to excel in the game and will pay back. A loan is worthless if nobody will pay back.
