Stolen iPod =(

My iPod was stolen from Joey's dorm room this passed weekend.. How do you find the serial number if you don't have the iPod..?

    <br> I don't have an ipod, but I'd assume, like most electronics, it would be listed on the warranty that came with it.

    the first time you connected your iPod touch to your computer, you would have gone through the registration process. During this registration, you typed in your email address, which Apple keeps on file. By entering your email address on Apple's site, you can view products you have registered under your name.

    <br>go to the offical apple store website; on the right hand corner it will say 'help' and 'cart' in between those it will say 'account'; put your mouse over account and it will say account information :] I hope this helps

    Thank you guys. My fiance and I have just decided to buy two brand new iPods.. lol mine is about 3 years old and horribly outdated so whoever stole it didn't get a very good deal..
