UPROAR
Rockstar Energy Drinks sponsors a music festival called Uproar. And it was here last night. And I went. xD I'm so dead right now, because I didn't get home till almost 1, and then still had to do homework and shower.. then got up at 6 this morning for school. >.< ANYWAY!<br><br>Avenged Sevenfold was the main reason I went, and they were AWESOME. They did a tribute song to their drummer who passed away last December, and this is their first tour without him. :[ But the tribute was amazing, almost chilling to the point I had goose bumps listening to it, and everyone pulled out their lighters and held them up. It was an outside concert at an amphitheatre so there were probably close to 3,000 people there, all with lighters out, it was really neat.<br><br>And Disturbed, but I don't really like them, so this was harder for me to sit through. I don't like bands that you can't understand what they're saying.<br><br>Stone Sour was alright, they're not really my favorites either, I prefer Slipknot personally.<br><br>We caught a little bit of Halestorm, but we didn't think much of them. Hell Yeah, Airborne, Hail the Villain and New Medicine all played before we got there.<br><br>All in all it was a fun night, I have some pictures but they aren't very good because we couldn't afford pit tickets.. so we were far away from the stage.
