  Give them the opportunity, but if they don't get it done, don't give them the money? Sounds simple enough. Don't send a contract until whatever it is you need done, gets done.

  well its kind of hard to do that too though. I mean some people sometimes wont do something until they get paid for it, in fear of doing something then not getting paid for it ya know?
