verizon or t-mobile?

i have verizon right now, and the coverage and reception is great. never lose signal anywhere. BUT, t-mobile has the better phones. and i'm debating on whether or not to switch to t-mobile next time. d: because i want the sidekick, and it's ONLY for t-mobile. T T so, help me out

T-mobil you will lose quite a bit of coverage.... It's tough right now. The only new phones coming out of Verizon are Blackberrys(which I personally don't like) and Droids. (I don't need internet)

I have verizon and love it. I have T-mobile and never lose service any way :] the lowest was 1 bar and took it to many states and worked just fine. I have the Gravity T Steel its a nice phone and works great but my boyfriend is giving me is iphone XD he got it jail broken so it can be used for any service

But when I went to the t-mobile they recommended to not get the side-kick because its not that great and can be slow >.> my mom has the t-mobile mytouch which also works well :]

yeah, i'm a very heavy texter, but we never go out to the mountains or whatever, and i'm always in the city, so i guess coverage is not as important, but i always have to do the family plan. so, my mom might need more coverage than me. -_- verizon is just amazing with coverage and signal, and i love it. @ massie block; i know right? verizon always has the suckiest phones [in terms of looks]. that's cause they run a whole different network than tmobile, verizon is cdma but tmoble is gsm. most asian phones [the really cool and pretty ones] can be unlocked for the gsm network, but not cdma. -__- i hate this. @ lovefrompaige; yeah, i love verizon! (: but i just don't like their phones, especially the lg's. i have the env touch, and it plain period: sucks. -_- @ holleywood; i know the sidekick is slow. i just want the phone for the design and the texting. i don't use the internet, i don't go on aim on my phone, i have my macbook for that. so i just need a phone to call and text, and i love big phones that have qwerty keypads like the sidekick. appreciate your advice though.

I have the env touch too.. it does suck. I can't even count how many times my calls were dropped and how long it takes to send messages sometimes. My screen will go black or white randomly or it ghost dials.

omg! i have that problem too. o.o; it dials by itself, the screen turns randomly black and white, turns off by itself, lost calls, etc. AND, 2 months after i got my FIRST one, the internal screen cracked, and i don't know how it did. then, my second phone [current one] broke a MONTH after i got it, and the whole internal screen turned black. black. can't do anything with the internal screen anymore. -_-

Wow Im not alone! I once had my call dropped over 5 times in 30min. It was quite ridiculous.

And once I close/open my phone, usually the black and white screens will go away. I will never get this phone again. I'd rather have my env 2 back.

no you are not. this phone is the worst phone, i've EVER had. period. i'm never getting this phone again, after my contract's done, it's over. i'm probably gonna switch to t-mobile and get the sidekick. \: or stick with verizon and get another phone, NOT one of the lg env's. @ holleywood; actually, it's pretty easy. just use t9.

I used to have that phone and it did intdeed suck. But I just recently got an upgrade about. . . What? Two weeks ago and I love my new phone. Only thing thats a little off is the camera but other than that its awesome lol ^_^

I have an Alias2 (My mom WANTS me to get a new phone XD I don't get why) and that's verizon. I hate sidekicks, too brake-able and just overall HUGE. In my opinion verizon has better phones. And the sidekick came out like what.. Four years ago? XD Just avoid LG's. Samsungs are way sturdier and htc's are very high-tech, but usually expensive. My mom goes through a phone about every six months. It's because she always wants a newer version since she always gets LG's and they seem to come out with new models faster. Which I think sucks.

the sidekick is updated every year. -_-; imo, i like the sidekick better BECAUSE it's big. i LOVE big phones like the sidekick. my env touch right now feels too small, i've always liked big phones. right now i can't do much because my contract isn't over yet. @ lovefrompaige; so much people complain about the env touch, and apparently it has a huge number of glitches. i so regret my choice now. -_- my old voyager was so much better than this piece of crap.

I have verizon and an LG Versa, i see what you're saying cause the phones do suck >.< but t-mobile doest have the best coverage, so would it matter if you had a better phone but couldn't use it everywhere?

I'd stick with Verizon. Even though TMobile has the better phones, Verizon has the best coverage. I get signal everywhere, even in the tunnels in WV.

It's not really Verizon phones, it's LG who makes the phones. LG phones tend to break easily sometimes. Samsung ones are stronger but are usually more bulky. I don't think Verizon makes the phones, it's just a phone service. They buy phones from LG, Samsung, Htc, Motorolla, and others.
