Buying Kennel Changes

I have been saying this for ages, Nef liked it, yet never did anything about it so I'm going to bring it up again before I leave. There should be an option to be able to buy changes for your kennel.

At 10K, I could change kennel type at the drop of a hat, considering you can easily pull in that much just betting on events in just a couple day's time.
