I think we should have a thing to put up females for brood where people can breed them right away without the person having to be online....just like you can make a dog a stud you would b able to brood a dog

and also i think you should be able to put a dog for sale and stud at te same time :I

This has been suggested before.. The problems with a public brood option is studs don't move from the account they are listed on, while a brood would need to go to the kennel purchasing the brood. Then the problem is, how many turns does she go for? What if she's not in heat? What if she goes to an account and they never turn her? Or worse, what if they somehow mess the training up and train aggro and the owner didn't want it trained? If there's an option for the owner to reclaim her, what happens if the other player got called away from the computer and the female is already bred, just not delivered? Who keeps the pups? How do we get the pups to the rightful owner? If the brood stays on the owning kennel, who's going to make sure she whelps in a timely manner and that the pups go to the owner? There are too many variables to try and code for them all.<br><br>The reason dogs can't be up for sale and stud at the same time is because there's no way to know how many times a dog has been bred. If a one of color is up for sale, but for stud at the same time, the dog could have been bred a dozen times and not whelped, and once the new owner gets it, their 1oak could now be a 20 oak. It can still happen now, but chances are the pups will be owned by the previous owner and we can change the color as it was advertised as a 1oak. However, if someone paid money to get the pups, the color rightfully belongs to them as well.
