Training/lease contracts

Okay I was thinking if (and not sure if its been suggested before) If you could recieve a message when you receieve a contract. I have people send me contracts or tell me they're going to and I forget about it or w.e. I was thinking kinda like VHR when you get a lease/contract you get a message letting you know you have a contract.

or maybe something like the mail box maybe like the paper turns a different color when you get a contract, same here I always forget XD

Haha I know right? I'm always like wait did i recieve a contract yet? It gets old having to go back and forth to check
