Does anyone know what kind of cat she is?

Well I have been trying to figure out what kind of cat Bella is, she has like medium long hair and she has stubby type legs, she has hair that grows long between her front and back feet and also her ears.     Domestic long hair. Most cats are extremely hard to identify without documented pedigrees, because the common cat can be a mixture of various breeds, so unless you choose to have genetic testing done, it's unlikely you'll get beyond "domestic long hair."
