I think we should have a thing where you go to pick someone who wants to help in a trainoff and i think one of the people should be sp. and one novice and if the team wins then the novice gets the upgrade or they share it because why should novices only be able to try at getting an upgrade if they are community events anyone can enter??

    It is up to the host of the trainoff, who is providing the prizes, who can enter and what the rules of the trainoff are.
