Some of my ideas...

I think novices should be able to have 100 in breeding and handling and be able to run events as you have to earn fame points to prove worthy :) and everyone should be able to have a brand if they have bred a dog and or if they have had it for so long it changes to their brand.
and ops should have tasks for everyone to do and when they do "level 1" they get vpc or good eventing dogs or a dye or something and there should be like 50 levels and once you pass level 50 you get a dye and or an upgrade...because some people only can sell dogs for a source of income and dont know how to show or do banners or anything.

what do you think?

 • No, to all of these xD.

Novices shouldn't get to host events, have brands, etc. These are all perks for sponsors. They are there to make sponsors appealing so people upgrade.

The level thing, sounds like it would be confusing to keep track of and I dont know what you'd even do to 'level-up'. I think it would decrease the money that the site brings in as well, which is not good for owners.
ok well I just thought the brand would be kind of cool but I am trying to raise vpc to buy an upgrade :) well Im on a horse site and you have to do something like own a horse you bred till age 2 and on there you have to buy or earn turns from the store on there for in game money...I also think even if novices cant host events they should be able to have 100 in buisness but maybe not be able to host events.

 • I still think novices should only have fame in handling. Again, these things are supposed to be appealing to get people to want to upgrade. Not as many people will want to spend the money if they already get some perks like the fame points or being able to host events.

 • It sounds like you want sponsor perks without having to go through the bother of paying for one. ;) Just my opinion

 • I agree On Tarnish.

If you are looking for fame, you can still enter some events. When they run you get some points.
And if you want a brand on your dog, you could just name puppies you've bred with your logo. For instance, *ML* for *Mysterious Love*. (:

I agree with Tarnish.

Edit.
Also, if you are saving up VPC for an upgrade, try posting in the Wanted section & share with a trainer until you get the correct amount?
 • Giving novices the same privileges that sponsors pay to have would eliminate the need for sponsor accounts, and thereby take away a major source of income for the game. I vote no.

As for the tasks with prizes attached, I think there are plenty of trainoffs/giveaways/community events. For example, each year Ori organizes the VP Olympics, and Paper the scavenger hunt, both with significant prizes that anyone can enter.

Yes, saving for a sponsor account can be hard, but if it was easy, getting your first one wouldn't be as satisfying imo. :)
