I don't like the new forums. They don't take up my whole page anymore like the old ones did, and it's confusing me because everything is not where it was... Maybe I'm just being petty. I've never liked change, lol. I'll get used to it.

I think it's a nice change. Especially for heavy players of the game. ;D Will be easy to adjust to for those who use the forums frequently.

I'm kind of in the middle about the change. I like it because it looks a little neater and I can find things a little better than I used to. BUT I don't like them because everything I've done within the past 24hrs has been deleted thus making it very confusing.

I have to agree- The new forums are pretty confusing. Some people really like the fact that it looks nicer and more fancy, but I personally liked the old design better. It seems like a lot of forums look like this and I really liked VP's old forum design. But, there are some nice new updates and we really shouldn't complain. I'm sure a lot of work was put into this and we'll probably get used to the new design soon enough.

I actually have no complaints. It was probably a lot of work and it looks really nice. Plus, it still has my favorite smiley.

Sure, it'll take some getting used to, but that's not a big deal... many of us are on here enough to learn it in a quick few days and master it completely by the end of the week.

Thats the same with me. The only thing that makes me confused is everything is now gone -_- But eh, I like it and would like this one to stay how it is. Thanks admin1 and admin2 ^^

The gradients kinda give me a headache, and because it went from that dark teal striped to this white/off white doesn't make it better. But, everything does seem to be easier to find. One thing I don't like, though, is how we have to click to return to whatever forum section we were in..

I'm actually used to this because I use VHR and this is a lot like VHR's forum

I like the upgraded appearance, and I love that we can now have avatars and more features. Overall, it's just going to take some getting used to. However, I'm not fond of the colors, particularly the light red/pink and light blue to signify new/old posts. They are so light, that they almost blend with each other, especially when I'm just glancing at a page. A more vibrant image/color to show new posts would be nice. Mostly I'm frustrated because of the missing posts, and because I lost commission information that was in PMs. If I had known this was going to happen, I would have saved them onto my computer. I really could have used a warning....like "The forums will be upgraded tomorrow at -insert time-, make sure you save any important messages/posts before then."

On the old forums, it would automatically redirect to either your post or to the vent/GD/whatever other section you were in..

If you've just posted something, hit submit and then leave it it should redirect you automatically... Well it does for me anyway =D And the update was just for a change in skin, it was to improve security for the forums. The phpBB3 code (which this is) has better spam filters and bot protection unlike the old one (phpBB2). So people shouldn't be getting creepy messages from bots anymore for dirty sites or links to viruses. It also helps us Ops because we can add notes to people's names so we can keep track of who is being naughty and such. You also have the report feature so you can just click, state what you think the problem is and we can sort it out quicker instead of you having to wait around for us to come into chat or something. I think it is refreshing to have a totally new skin for the forums, default ones get so boring. Also it sort of fits in with the "new owners" style of thinking. Giving the game their own little touch to show it moving forward instead of just wallowing in the pixel dust of forgottenness >.> (if that is even a word XD). For those that can't stand the change we will be asking admin1 to install a couple of the default ones, I think one like VHR is a default one.

I'm kinda getting used to the forums. I always get tension headaches, and I've been on edge and stressed these past few days, so I took one of my migraine meds, changed my phone background, took a Melatonin, and crashed at like 9. Didn't wake up until 11:30am, so my headache is slightly gone
