Yesterday was awesome~

First:
I've been eyeballing a kennel for awhile; trying to obtain the first, and thus far only, giftie that I created back when I used to play about 4 years ago. I contacted the person when I first returned(I believe my messages were ignored) 7 months ago, so it's been a 7 month wait. I'm so glad to finally have him back, and it surprises me that he's remained a 1oak all these years.

Chow chow giftie:
<a href="

I have now added Zebra plant(Haworthia fasciata), Split Rock(Pleiospilos nelii), and a small Aloe "Walmsley's Blue" to my collection. I already own Bear Paws(Cotyledon tomentosa), Thumb Cactus(Mammillaria matudae), Sedum nussbaumerianum(guessing), and some type of Jade plant(also guessing). I'll probably post up photos later.

Lowes also had a Costa Rican Butterfly Vine(Dalechampia dioscoreifolia), which I've never seen before. So pretty. It has these flowers/leave that are metallic purple, and resemble butterflies/wings. If I had $30 to spare I would have gotten it, but I was only planning on spending at most $10(succulents are cheap) while there(total was $9 something with my mom's Jalapeno plant). Yay for sticking to a budget~

Third:
Saw a Gulf Fritillary(Agraulis vanillae) for the first time. I seriously could not stop staring at the 2 gorgeous specimens cooling down and fluttering about as we were browsing the plants. They are the most vibrant orange/red butterflies I have ever seen, and we get quite a few orange/red butterflies in California(I've raised painted ladies).
Image from <a href="

I'm done with VP. I'll just be around until I get all my dogs and lines placed in good hands. If you want to contact me, please do so through
