Okay so theres this person that asked me lastnight about my art prices. So I told them (see commision thread). They message me back whining about how everything is sooo expensive for a novice. Okay for one WE WERE ALL NOVICES AT SOME POINT so we know already! Don't come to me whinning about my prices on my pics, I work hard on them thats why they're expensive. I personally don't think my prices are that bad, but I guess thats just me. Okay NOW this person is practially begging for a picture. They messaged me asking what I was doing(which was fine with me i like to chat), so I told them i was doing art(for people who paid for the art!!). They message me back saying "Oh :( *sigh*) What the heck? Ughh don't complain to me about my prices. I mean ya know??? ughhhhhhh

    ahh I love the ignore button <3 I couldnt believe that after all that the person still had the nerve to message me (before i put them on ignore) asking if they could train my dog. I know novices can train but not to my specifics. So they continued to begg then i asked someone how to ignore a user and so there now they are on ignore YAY

    I'm so glad I've had pretty good experiences on VP thus far. However, I have had similar things happen on other websites. I never understood the point of sending artists messages about their prices. Do they really think saying "Why is your art so expensive?! I can't afford it." is going to get them free stuff? Really, what do they want the artist to say?! "Ah, that's so sad, here have some free art!" All it generally does is annoy the artist. Same for repeated begging. <br><br>I've never once gotten a "I only have X amount of money. Is there anyway we can work a deal out, so I may afford some of your art?"<br>Courtesy will get people a long way when it comes to talking to me.
    I'm done with VP. I'll just be around until I get all my dogs and lines placed in good hands. If you want to contact me, please do so through deviantART.
