Bellamy update.
<span style="font-size:75">A few people here know that Bella's dog shy.. increased anxiety, suspicious, nervous.. around other dogs due to being attacked multiple times, and once tag-teamed before we moved.<br>Since we've moved she's done so much better which is very important here since most dog owners here let their dogs just run around. The dogs ARE well cared for and are all vaccinated... they just let them roam... It's odd.<br><br>She actually tried to play with a labrador a few weeks ago! This is HUGE. She's always been terrified of any dogs bigger than her!<br><br>I hope to start some classes with her in a month or so to socialize her even more and work on her reliability.<br><br>In other news, everyone in our neighborhood loves her. When we're out doing yard work Bella sits on the curb, just watching everyone and everything and when people walk by, drive by, or bike by they'll all shout "Hello Bella!" Or sometimes stop and come up and pet her.<br>People completely trust their children with her as well.<br>our neighbor has an 18 month old who loves Bella a lot(gave her a big smooch on the forehead. Awww) and actually grabbed and pulled her ears, which are very sensitive.. more often than not they bother her, and Bella didn't bat an eye. She's doing so well here!<br><br>In other news, I wanted Bella to lose some weight. She weighed about 48 pounds her last update. She was on an unhealthy diet, and I didn't walk her much.<br>Now, I bike her for at least half a mile everyday(she gets tired past that... And she's not a high energy dog.) and we switched her from a Kirkland diet to Blue Buffalo.<br>She lost -7- pounds over a decent period of time. That is great!<br>Our vet(we switched vets due to a bloody mistake by her first vet) commended us on her weight for her age.
