Haunted House D=

I never believed in Ghosts till we lived in a haunted house.. Here are just a few of the main stories:

1.) Our statues would turn around facing the wall on their own when it was just me home by myself.. I'd turn them back facing the right way about ten minutes later they would be facing the wall again..

2.) We had a set of french doors in the living room leading into the dinning room, I saw a man standing on the other side of those one time but there was only my brother, Steven, and I at home so I know it couldn't have been anyone because Steven was sitting next to me and it freaked him out as well..

3.) My brother Steven, My Mom, and I were at home alone one day and we saw a little boy run by the window so my brother went outside to find him and couldn't. We looked EVERYWHERE and he wasn't there.. We were the only house within a few miles so we KNOW that it wasn't a neighbor kid or something.. Some of my parents friends even saw him running around outside one day..

4.) My aunt and cousin used to live with us and they saw the man in the french doors while they were home alone as well.

5.)My mother saw a man walking down the hall into my parents room and she thought it was my dad, but when she yelled for him, he was in the kitchen and when he went to their room to find the man there was no one there and all the windows were nailed shut so he couldn't have gotten out.

6.) My brother, Chris, had some friends over one time and they went into the attic of the shed (my mom had told them to stay out of there) and was getting into the former owners stuff (she had died in the house about a year before we bought it) and my brothers friend Victor, heard a lady talking and telling them to leave the stuff alone but Chris didn't hear it so Victor ignored it.. Then Chris heard it so they climbed down and ran out into the yard. I was playing on the front steps and it went from sunny to really windy and cloudy and started thundering. My mom came outside and hollered for us to get in the house and AS SOON as my brother and Victor moved to run in the house a HUGE branch fell RIGHT where they had been standing.. When we got in the house the thunder stopped and the wind died down..

We finally talked my dad into moving about a year later.. It was SO weird.. I have believed in Ghosts ever since..

 • o.o That's creepy.
I'm a bit more, "phsycologically in tune" than most people. It seems everywhere we go, there's always something there. It used to scare me to death, but now it doesn't have any effect on me.
Did you do any research on the house?

No but now that you mention it, it makes me want to research it.. My boyfriend and I went back out to the house about a month ago and it looks horrible. I guess some other kids got in there and trashed it up. The kitchen has a huge hole in the floor, the glass panes on the french doors in the living room/dinning room have all been broken out, a lot of the tile and carpet was torn up and smashed, and most of the windows were broken out. Kind of made me sad to see it =/

I think I'm gonna look up stuff on the house when I get home from church. I'm heading to church right now so.. Yea I'll let you know what - if anything - I find out about the house =)
 • If you happen to have any friends who are real estate agents/appraisers, they might be able to look it up on tax records. My mom happens to be both and when she's bored, she'll look up random small businesses and stuff. It's interesting to see who all's owned what places.
Either way, I'd love to know if you find anything on the house. This stuff interests me.

 • Okay, I could find absolutely NOTHING about this house online.. I even called my friends dad (lawyer and real estate agent) and he said it wasn't registered as a house of interest in his computer or something like that and said he couldn't find ANYTHING on it.. It completely shocks me.. It's like it doesn't even exist.. Yet I know for a fact that it does. I pass by it nearly every day and used to live in it for Pete's sake! lol!
