I was forced to watch this [I didn't want to watch it, my brother went upstairs and woke my mom up, complained that I wouldn't watch it and he really wanted to watch it, and she made me watch it], and it's pretty interesting. His crew was locked in an asylum up in New Jersey. I tell you what, though. I don't want to go to bed tonight, and I don't want to turn my lamp off. [I affectionatly named it Medusa, because it has a whole bunch of adjustable heads], and I don't feel good, I'm sun sick. /= Anyhow. Do you guys watch ghost hunter shows? Has anyone seen Paranormal Activity? I couldn't sleep after watching that, either... Or the Grudge. o.o I just can't watch scary movies anymore D; My brain is too over imaginative during REM sleep for me to sit there and watch them... Do you guys get scared by the fiction stuff [aliens, etc], or by the nonfiction stuff [kidnapping, cancer, other illnesses], or the stuff that people don't have proof that it doesn't/does exist [ghosts, spirits, etc]? I'm more scared by the last two... And sometimes the fiction stuff. xD

I'm not an easily scared person, but I am paranoid beyond belief. I walk past my house, and we have this amphitheatre thing next to it, and if I'm walking home at sunset, or if it's dark, I run down the middle of the street. Because I think someone is watching me. /= So, its mostly my paranoia that someone/something is watching me.

I love ghost stories!

Some of them freak me out at the time of watching them, but then that fear goes away once the show is over, or if i'm still scared, I take my ferocious scottish terrier and make him lay beside my bed when I sleep xP Just gives me some comfort after watching something like that. I'm more scared of real life issues, like kidnapping, murder, illnesses (I absolutely hate the word cancer, and I get all in a tizzy or something >.>) But i'm a big horror movie fan!

I used to hate them until I watched The Messengers, which wasn't really scary if I look back on it, but at the time it was scary. And i've watched horror movies ever since then. I also like watching a channel called Investigation ID. It basically is a channel that tells murder cases that have been solved and other stuff. I believe in ghosts, but I definitely do not believe in aliens. x3

lots of things scare me :shock: we saw some 4D show (might I add it was sponge bob) and I would not put my 3D glasses on (cause im a wimp lol) as soon as the guy said ''Water will hit you in the face'' I litteraly had my arms wrapped around my knees and hoped I wouldn't get freaked out and also those other effects like under the chair had a rope and when it swung back and forth it felt like a rats tail or rats running under you.. so yeah im afraid of 3D and 4D movies :oops: but anyway xD paranormal state is awesome

I used to watch scary movies all the time. Even as a kid and never got scared. Now I jump at everything! The grudge eyes make me squirm... Paranormal Activity had me up all night with the light on. I was afraid that if I fell asleep I would be taken over. As for me believing in that stuff. Aliens, definitely. The universe is just too big and ever expanding that we can't be the only life forms. As for ghosts... Well.. I've had my experiences, but since you're already up and don't want to sleep I don't think I'll tell them and wait until it's light out again. Lol.

I love scary movies. But then again, I think I'm a bit of an adrenaline junkie. O_o Rollercoasters... yum ;D But yea, I've watch Paranormal Activity. Had nightmares for 2wks after, but hell

It was fun. Also watched Paranormal Entity. That one was short and freaky. I was like OADKABDNAD. My mom turned off the lights while I was watching and I think I would've pee'd my pants if I wasnt so afraid of getting up and going to change afterwards LOL I watched that Asylum one. It was with that guy from CSI Miami right? Idk, I didnt like it. But yea, it was pretty interesting. I just felt it didnt close very well. Or live up to my expectations. But it was cute, otherwise LOL!

You guys should watch Shiver. That kept me scared crap-less throughout the whole movie. Well ok, maybe the beginning was a bit slow. But otherwise it was great LOL

The end was amazing. That's the only scary movie I've watched in awhile that's made me feel satisfied. Its originally in Spanish, but the subtitles work so

I LOVE Ghost Stories! I watch Ghost Hunters International/Academy, Ghost Adventures, The Haunted, A haunting, you name it Ive seen it. That movie didnt scare me at all. I watch horror/scary movies ALL the time. Its pretty much all I watch. Not to mention I write my own horror stories, and thats about all I read too. I love being scared. I go to about 20 haunted houses every season, and Ive been to Waverly Hills like 7 times. However that real life kidnapping, killing, whatever crap scares me to death lol. But ghosts, aliens, and all that stuff is love

Ah, I love but hate scary movies at the same time

When you're watching them, it's fine, I don't get freaked. But when you're in bed.. alone.. and in the dark.. To make it better, my house is about 70yrs old, and the floorboards creak with the heating, so It sounds like someone is walking up the hall way >.< Ive seen a couple of the saw's and didnt really find them scary, only when the people got taken.. I HATE masks ect. Same with scream, I couldnt sleep for weeks after that. Has anyone seen black sheep? Me and my friends had a joke about it, bought it and watched it one night. Its hilarious xD SO low budget and unrealistic. Come on, a movie about were-sheep that start attacking you?

I do believe in aliens, but Im not particulary frightened about them.. Same with ghosts, I believe more in spirts, shifts of lights and things.. There are events that can't be descibed, so yeah, I do belive in them xD

Watched paranormal activity again for the second time. My familys first and I had to laugh at how much they yelled. I wasnt scared the first time nor the second. People always have been trying to get my to scare with movies and so I keep having to watch new ones. Actually just to make it spookier, we turn off all the light and watch at like 10:30 at night.

I absolutely LOVE scary movies! ive been wanting to see paranormal activity.. i never believed in ghosts till we lived in a house that was haunted.. some of those stories are scary.. I'l make a post about them! =D

Ghost Adventures is fake, but so funny. We'll watch it just for fun. Ghost Hunters looks more real, but I still don't believe most of the crap they put on the show. Children of the Paranormal is awesome. It's about kids who can see things, I believe everything on there. Very straight forward. I dunno when or what channel it comes on, but google it. :]

I know. Epic though at the same time. The part when the evil brother (dont remember his name..) is having the 'perfect sheep' lecture, and about a hundred others run over the hill, and attacked them

LOL Right after this, we went to Sears and we found like all these DVDs for 5$. I was like OMG WIN! I got Hide & Seek and Amityville Horror. Amityville was hella scary. o_o It made me rly nervous when I got in bed LOL. I was like OMFG. -die- Hide & Seek was lame. Although, as a little girl... Dakota Fanning was friggin scary. Now, not so much

I believe in ghosts. There was a ghost in my aunt's house when we traveled to Indonesia and stayed there. Apparently, there are a few. Or maybe one really active one. I didnt wake up and notice anything and her dogs seem to be very used to the ghost. They dont bark. But my dad heard it. O_O And so did the driver. One ghost (or the only ghost, i'm not sure.) cries at night in the back room. Another ghost (or the same ghost... ) seems to like washing the dishes. Sometimes - this is what i'm told - she'll (or he'll... o_o) wash the dishes and you can hear the water running and the plates and pans clinking together... but nothing will be there.

I would draw out the layout of the house, but I'm too lazy so you'll have to live with a description LOL. Basically, the house is a big L shaped thing. The short side being the main house and the long side made up of three elongated rooms. In the last room on the long side is where the girl cries. The sink where the weird noises happen is situated where the two sides connect. Its not connected to the wall. There's space between the wall and the sink for a hallway/pathway for ppl to walk through. Basically, the sink is outside of the house & in the courtyard, but its pretty close to the main building. Fun stuff. o_o I didnt like staying there... It felt weird and the lights were a bit dim at all times. At least the dogs were cute. :)
