My parents just bought my brother an xBox 360 for his birthday a month early. Which means, Call of Duty Nazi Zombies and xBox live for me >D...Granted I get a chance to play it. D<

It's $50 a year for a gold membership(best deal, less than $5 a month). That's what I buy, but I believe you can buy 3 month and 6 month memberships for lower prices. However, when you do the math it's more per month. With XboxLIVE you get access to demos, game add-ons(maps, costumes, missions, etc), games on demand(ones you can purchase and download to your hard drive), indie(community created)/arcade games, videos on demand(purchase and rent), and more. If you're a member of Netflix you can even watch streaming videos through your Xbox. I honestly, don't know how people enjoy an Xbox without LIVE. It would be like having a computer with no internet. They used to have 1 vs. 100, which was a game show hosted over LIVE(you could win Microsoft points and arcade games if chosen as the mod or the one), but I've only heard rumors season 3 will start in November. BTW what games did you get(other than WaW)?

We don't have WaW yet ): This is my brothers birthday present, so he got Halo3. This is the Arcade 360, so we got two other arcade games. But I don't know what they are. They look rather cheesy, though. I hope to get WaW soon, though. And we can't hook up LIVE because it requires internet, and our ethernet stuff is downstairs. The xBox is upstairs.

Ah, I see. That means you probably don't have a hard drive? I highly suggest purchasing a hard drive(even if it's a small one) because game save data, updates, etc take up a lot of memory. I have a 60 GB. I think my brother has a 20GB(the old standard one), and he's always having to delete an old game's save files in order to fit new game saves. The new redesign of the xbox 360 revealed at E3 is going to have something like 250GB built in. Pretty insane. The games are probably platinum games(most of which you can get off the game marketplace). Generally they are kid's games like Viva Pinata. I like Viva Pinata though. I got Viva Pinata: Trouble in Paradise off the game market place, and I play it with my friend. Our LIVE friends laugh at us though. lol. If you're going to hook your xbox up to the internet I suggest doing it through Wifi. You'll need a wireless router for your computer, and the wifi receiver for the xbox. It adds up. The new xbox 360 revealed at E3 has the wifi receiver built in. Standard WaW comes with 1 Nazi zombie map. However, if you have LIVE and microsoft points you can buy new maps which have all kinds of new features. In the last one(Der Riese) you can actually upgrade weapons. There are the hell hounds too. My personal favorite is Shi No Numa though. You fight imperial(Japanese) zombies instead, but the map is huge, and there are death traps.

I think I started drooling there. I don't know what we got, I know my brother is able to save all his games onto it, and Viva Pinata was one of the games we got, along with one other. I had to call someone to help me hook up the second controller, because I wanted to play with my brother xD But then the graphics made me sick, so I went downstairs. Leave it to me to get carsickness from a video game.
