    I think most people use GIMP.<br><a href="http://www.gimp.org/"; target="_blank" class="bb-url">http://www.gimp.org/</a><br><br>I can't attest to how well it is, since I use a few programs that have to be bought, but I've heard good things.

    There are tons of tutorials on google about how to use GIMP. I use it myself, and I'd recommend it to anyone.

    I use GIMP mostly but there is also <a href="http://www.picnik.com"; target="_blank" class="bb-url">www.picnik.com</a> it's a pretty good site =) I use that website for some of my banners

    I prefer Paint Shop Pro XI its fairly simple to use and to understand. You can geta free 30 day trial but after that it costs. I also Like Adobe Photoshop Elements 7.0 its alot like Paint Shop pro(not sure if its free or not it just came with my tablet).<br><br>I tried useing gimp and it never really worked for me, so im really no help there.

    <br><br>Adobe Photoshop Elements 7.0 is what we use at school. Its really cool and pretty easy to use as well =) Paint Shop pro used to be installed on my old laptop and it was pretty good as well. Great choices lol

    I will definighty try that but my laptop is the slowest ever its a new 1 aswell stupid technolgely. Well i will only try it if its free. Anymore ideas?? :arrow:

    <br><br>I really cant use Gimp its confusing ive found a great 1 anyway check out my banner haha :) If people have any other ideas please let me know aswell :)
