Lost Horses

so its 10:30PM at night and we get a phone call from are neighbors saying he herd horses out on the driveway and thought they might be ares. Well I about had a heart attack when i herd this and ran out to teh barn as fast as I could. THANK GOD, all 3 of mine were safe in there stalls and pasture.<br><br>Well so we went down to his house ( we share a drive way) and talked to him and went out searching. At the bottom of the driveway there are tracks and what looks like they might of started to go out in are hay field but turned around maybe. IDK im not sure, well so we drove around and found atleast 5 piles of poop in two different spots, so there is atleast 2 horses my guess is possibly up to 5.<br><br>Well I feel so bad becuase we just had to give up becuase we couldnt find them and its not Midnight. I just pray to god they arnt hurt, and that some one finds them.<br><br>The reason this got me so worried was becuase about a year ago my old gelding gpt out and ran threw fences and cut himself all up. Some one found him about a mile away and followed the blood trail home. So Im like OMG Please Please dont let it be my horses.

    wow. I hope someone finds them.<br><br>I know how you feel though, when we had our horses they did the same thing, ran through barbed wire after a goat scared them. another time we had let them out of the pasture to graze where they wanted in our yard since it is huge. next thing I know, some random dude pulls up and tells us that he saw two horses running down the road and wanted to know if they were ours. I went running like a maniac in my pjs to find them. we got them back okay but it was so scary.

    Aw D;<br>I never had a horse but ive always wanted one.<br>I hope they are found by there owners and taken back safely.<br>But ifit were my horse(s) that got out id be scared and like a mixture of all kinds of things D;

    Could also be a group out riding their horses, so nothing at all to worry about.

    Ya alabama that crossed my mind however the road we live on is very dangerous to rideing on and even worse at night as it is a heavilly travled road lots of hills on it so its hard to see beyound the hills. You would have to be stupid to ride that late at night on this road. I also dont think they would have came up are driveway or into are hay field ( wich was clear that horses had been up there).<br><br>Still its possible but people just need to get some brains if they were seriously rideing on this road at night.
