Telus; Cellphone.

I HATE TELUS. I HATE THEM.<br>I wish the creator of telus would come to my doorstep so I could punch him in the face. Seriously. Not even kidding. I wish that.<br><br>I've had the Motoral Rival cellphone from them for 7 months. In the beginning, I had no problems with it. In time, I had nothing <span style="font-style:italic">but</span> problems with it.<br><br>It won't send half my text messages. I only get half my calls. And this also happens with a full five bars of service. Plus, today, it won't recognize my barely used memory card. And after charging it for half an hour, it says it's full, then I unplug it and two seconds later it says the battery is dying. Well WTF. WTF. WTF. WTF. So, now it's not even charging.<br><br>My mom called telus tonight (finally, after two months of me asking her to) to discuss my phone and her own. They told me I could send my phone out to get it fixed and they'd give me a "loaner phone". Well, I don't want to be stuck with a piece of crap cellphone that's not my own for a month or two. Either that, or I can go to another provider and pay for a whole new phone, without getting any of my money back from telus. I'd at least like them to ask me if I would like a refund on the phone or to exchange it for a new one... even if it's a cheaper phone. As long as it works better.<br><br>I'm pissed off. I wish I could smash this phone to pieces with a hammer, but I can't if I want it to work. <
