Snakes and hermit crabs! (lots of pictures)

    Man I love your snakes.<br>I want to get one, but having a mother and sister absolutely terrified of them, having not enough money and the fact I'd have to get a reptile liscence... it's not happening anytime soon x.o<br><br>As for hermit crabs.. been there and it didn't work D:<br>I had three lovely little guys, was showing my friend one day and she accidently knocked me and the hermit I was holding went flying >.< Bounced a couple of times yet survived. After that though I wouldn't touch em, too scared I would drop them again. The one I dropped died a week later.. I cried. Dx<br>Then the two remaining one's lived on for 6months or so.. then one of them lost 3 legs o.o that creeped me out extremely even though I knew it was normal and all. That one died a little while later and mum feeling bad for me.. got me 3 new ones ;-; Well they didn't last long either x.x<br>So yeah, me and hermit crabs.. don't go too well together.<br><br>I really love your tank set-up btw, it's freaking amazing.

    Thanks, guys! :3<br>Yeah, snakes are actually ridiculously inexpensive if you know what cheap stuff to buy, but I can see the family and license issue getting in the way, haha. Hopefully I'll be buying a few more at a reptile show at the end of the year. I'm excited already. :D <br>The king is pretty, but they're fiesty too. Mine's drawn blood several times, haha, even though she's so tiny. I like the ball python better, she may weigh 2 lbs and be 4ft long but she's such a sweetheart. Never even gone into strike position in the nearly 3 years I've had her.

    Beautiful snakes. We have a kingsnake and a ball too, the ball looks a lot like that, but the king is just a regular dessert phase.

    Ive always wanted a snake, but no one would allow me too. I have a leopard gecko and a new puppy right now. But Im looking at getting a black monitor lizard later when I have the money...
