Allergies?

Can your throat get sore for allergies? My throat has been KILLING me. I think it's because it's swollen. Can allergies do that? D8

You can get all kinds of symptoms from allergies - rashes, bumps, itchy eyes, watery eyes, sore throats, etc. Your eyes might turn red or have red lines running through them. I'm allergic to pollen, and the pollen count is so high here because of all the trees, and I have a sore throat 24/7 right now. XD I don't take anything for it though. So yeah, your sore throat is probably from allergies. ^^ If you can do so, try an antihistamine - Benedryl, Claritin, Chlor-Trimeton, Zyrtec, etc. Generic brands are made up of the same things, and they're cheaper, so you could look into those if you can't afford the name brands. Some of the name brands can be really expensive - I saw one was about $50+ for only 24 pills. Even a generic brand wanted $55 for 360 pills, though I suppose that's not that bad of a deal.

I rarely get bad allergies, but when I do my throat does hurt. I take benadryl when I need to.

Yup. I actually sound like I smoke four packs a day(: And my head is full of soggy toilet paper.

My allergies are horrid

They cause my neck to get all sore and down into my back hurts they are so bad. Sore throats? Not for me! I just get ridiculously sore. But, yes, they are possible xD I think I'd rather a sore throat though instead of not being able to move my head. Good luck with it though! Allergies stink

Oh I hope I don't get a rash. xD But my eyes have been very itchy. Me my brother and sister all have allergies....and 50$ pills? Only 25? xDDDD Generic pills for 55, but you get 360? I don't know when I'd need 360 pills, but It's good for the far future. xDDD

That sounds like a good idea, as of right now my throat is itchy. xDD I have to ask my mom about this stuff. xDD

I wonder if that's why my back hurts, I used to has asthma xDDD so I have breathing issues. xDD I'll be ok! Spring only happens for so long.

aw xD Yeah, its really bad in the Spring & Fall it seems like. Stinky allergies D; Spring is my least favorite time of year I think xD
