is Nef on vacation?

Hah, I'm not being pushy, just wondering. I sent a a dye and an upgrade lately and neither have shown up. It's been three days, just wondering if maybe she is on vacation? So I can stop worrying..

    I've heard a few people haven't been getting their orders. Maybe she is.. though I think she should find someone to help her with those sort of things. A little help is always good. :)

    Upgrades can take up to three business days (not counting weekends or holidays) to process. No, Nef is not on vacation, however, she has had to pick up other things to make money to keep the games running. If it's been more than 3 business days, put a ticket in through OW as it may have been missed when she was doing Paypal. Make sure to include the transaction ID.<br><br>Help would be a wonderful thing, however, when the games can't pay for themselves, let alone her bills, hiring help isn't going to happen.

    She's not comfortable giving people she doesn't know/can't see in real life access, not only to her PayPal accounts, but to hundreds of other people's accounts and personal information. <br><br>Yes, we are volunteers and she trusts us, but only to a point. It is after all the internet, any information she gets from us through the internet or even mailed to her could be a lie. Who is going to get blamed if one of her "volunteer" employees steals from her customers?

    Yes, she came in to say that the games were going down for backup. It's something that she tries to do in the middle of the night for the majority of players so not as many are affected.
