Opinions Needed

Ok so Im kinda venting but also need your opinion on how i should talk about this with her.<br><br>Ok so one of my best friends in my 4-H group is really getting on my nurves. she doesnt participate but will show up. Like today we did a can drive and all she did was stand there and listen to her ipod wile every one else was "advertiseing". All she does is complain and whine about everything and she si 18 years old but acts like my 9 year old sister. If she doesnt agree with something she doesnt offer a solution or compramise. She doesnt act like she is commited or even cares. Its really getting on my nurves almost to the point i dont want to be friends with her, becuase she is also the same way outside of 4-H and it drives me crazy.<br><br>Anyways I know if i tell her how i feel she will just get very angry with me.... at this point i really dont care what she thinks but I also dont want to create conflict. Any one have any ideas on how I can adress her about how i feel she is not commited to the group and either should start acting like she cares or find anouther option such as anouther group? I want to put this in a nice way but i know she will get mad at me either way. Im also not the only oen in the group that feels this way, its other members, members parents that are involved with the group, and leaders. No rude comments or anything please only post if you can be of some help.
