I always loose my money in this game!!!!! I'll get a good price on a gifty dye, use it, then breed the dyed dog to make it 2 oak. Then I sell the pup. I see 10 oaks selling for the prices my auction has! I also bought a 1 oak, and tried to sell it, and lost around 5 mill!!!! If I can't get more money back from this dye, I don't know what I'll do! WHY DOES NOBODY WANT SERENE PINK WITH WHITE WISOS AND ANGELIC WINGS???? GRRRRRRRR!

I don't like it when this happens either. But, you probably shouldn't buy a dog just to sell it again unless you know you can get more money for it. (Or if you are increasing it's value by training it or something.) I remember when I was newer here, I was these superpups selling for really high prices, so I bought a couple and bred them. But from the time it took me to buy and breed the dogs, many others apparently had the same idea. So the value went down and it took me forever to sell all the pups, and even then I didn't make much money. It can be pretty frustrating. :roll:

Yeah, but I needed money and my sponsor had just expired, so I thought I could get money. As for this one, I really wanted the color. I just thought others would too, or even just for the fact that it's a 2 oak.

Yeah, it's kinda like in the real world. You buy a pair of shoes or something that's really popular, and 2 weeks later it's out of style. :roll: Same with colors or breeds on here.

yup, that IS real life. And what you don't get, doesn't go out of style. I didn't expect to get more than what I payed, just a bit more than 11 mill, the highest bid I have, for a 2 OAK! And by a bit I mean at least 7 mill more. *Glares at uggs on friend's feet, even though they aren't there, and all there is to glare at is a memory*

thats why i hardly sell colors anymore. i sold my Black Sunday color, two of a kind for 4 millionl. There just isn't money in colors anymore. I started and line and showing now. I think there's more money there in the long run.

4 mill? HOW? I have mustered up 12 now. 4 is so, so little!!! I can't believe it dropped that much!

Dyes dogs aren't work much unless you buy something general that many people will like. When you get colors specifically for you (say, the dogs I dyed after Bleach) it's going to take a lot more to find people who will buy them. I can't even sell my last Bleach dye at all xD And the in thing right now seems to be 10x4s... no clue why since it used to just be me and a couple other people. But, suddenly it seems like everyone wants 10x4s galore.
