Just don't get it

I do not understand why, when a player has been told they are permanently banned from the game, has each and every kennel they've been on banned and told repeatedly they are not welcome, to not come back, they INSIST on returning time and time and time again and getting around the bans.<br><br>Most people, when they aren't wanted, usually go away. <br><br>I also do not understand why people keep accepting them back, knowing who they are. You know, if they were permanently banned, it's because they continuously scam people, cheat people, steal from people and create problems for other players in the game. Why would you want to be associated with someone like that?<br><br>I can understand not knowing who someone is and giving them the benefit of doubt. I can understand trying to help a stranger. I don't understand knowingly helping a thief, liar and con artist.<br><br>It is just beyond my comprehension.
