what events would you suggest for breed?

I am giving a free mutt I came across a second chance. Its an akita and saluki mix. Im going to have it sponcer trained but I dont know what I should have the dog trained as. What events would this dog (based on its breeds) be inclined towards? Thanks -LeoTaurus

You could try hunting, racing... probably weight pull even
