Layout contest. (25mil in prizes)

I'm looking for a few layouts so I am holding a 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place for this contest. 1st place: 15mil 2nd place: 7mil 3rd place: 3mil (depending on how many entrants I MIGHT throw in a goodie dye or rare gifties for first place..no promises though) Here's what I need: For the banner text and theme/pictures: Text: Golden Eagles Sub-text: Soaring above the rest I would like the theme to be winter-like, and for the breed, German Shepherds. I would also like winter colors used such as blues, pinks, and whites. I'm not real picky just make sure you use the text and theme above as well as German Shepherds. XD Any other questions, PM me. i changed it a bit... added a transparent scrollbox. i still have the old html, just let me know which you like better
