The Kuvasz originated in Hungary and the GP in Spain/France. Anatolian & Akbash are most related to the Kangal, BUT the Kangal & Anatolian are the SAME in history except for their coats/colors.</span><br><br>3. Pricked ears in the Norwich.<br><span style="font-size:75">Most people got this right.</span><br><br>4. German bloodlines.<br>5. Neapolitan Mastiff.<br>6. Croatia.<br><span style="font-size:75">Yugoslavia would be incorrect here. Yugoslavia is not specific enough; and Croatia is also no longer a part of Yugoslavia.</span><br><br>7. Bouvier des Flandres.<br>8. Fila Brasileiro.<br><span style="font-size:75">Checking breed standards here would have helped. A LOT of people got this wrong. Cane Corso.<br><span style="font-size:75">I was confused by the answers some people gave me. One answer was Saint Bernard. Firstly, the SB is not Italian and it drools a <span style="font-style:italic">lot</span>. I got Bullmastiff, which also is not Italian. I got Spinone Italiano (which is Italian, good job there) but is not a Mastiff. It's a gundog.</span><br><br>12. Bull baiting.<br><span style="font-size:75">This was the ORIGINAL use of the Staffordshire Bull Terrier, hence the "bull" in the name of the breed. It was only used by dogfighters later.</span><br><br>13. Chesapeake Bay Retriever.<br><span style="font-size:75">Hardy and red-coated. I got Siberian Husky here. The SH isn't just red coated (does it even come in pure red?), although it is hardy. I also got Hokkaido, which also comes in red, but is not ONLY red. Same with Airedale. The Dogue de Bordeaux doesn't prefer to be without its family outside.</span><br><br>14. Irish Setter.<br><span style="font-size:75">Redbone Coonhound is not a gundog. It's a coonhound.
