I received really good earphones with my correspondance schooling, and my cat chewed through the wire. When I first got her, I bought $40 earphones which she chewed through. She's chewed through cable wires, really expensive TV headphones, about 5 USB cords, and now she's chewed through my BRAND NEW earphones that I just got like a week ago BECAUSE of her. Like... hello to $1000s of dollars because she bites through every single wire, as well as goes into places she knows she's not allowed to go in at night when no ones around and looks for wires. :shock:

I feel your pain. D; My cat has chewed a lot of cords, too - but only MINE. Never my mom's, dad's, or sister's. ALWAYS MINE. -_- Lily chewed through me brand new headphones, too... the ones I hadn't even gotten to use yet. ):

my kitty chewed through my phone charger wire... =[ but shes more of a shoe claimer... the silly cat cant even wear shoes

There is a certian bitter spray you can buy/create that is safe (but taste horrible) that teaches puppies, cats, etc. not to chew on certian things. It works.
