I think Sponsors should be able to see other sponsors who are online. This would make finding quick breeder, trainers, ect. easier. or maybe even add a setting for sponsors that says "show when I am online" or "don't show when I am online" I don't know just an idea

It's been asked for players to have the ability, like on VHR where you could choose whether or not to be shown on the online list and Nef said it could be done, so hopefully, it will be soon.
