BUYING A HORSE FOR CHRISTMAS!!!!

edited November 2009 in General Discussion
UGH! I have been trying to raise money to buy a horse because I found the perfect one but it's 6,500. I need about 1500 more but just can't do it alone. I am really just upset. All of the horses that I take an interest in are above 5,000, which is about the highest that I would like to spend. I even have my business (<a href="http://www.webstarts.com/BKSoap"; target="_blank" class="bb-url">www.webstarts.com/BKSoap) but it's a no name and no one ever goes there. (Rolls eyes) It's hopeless. And I really wanted a horse before Christmas...

I think massie is talking about a real horse

if you keep working hard etc you will get your perfect horse one day :D
 • I know. It's just hard to find a real horse that isn't 25,000 and what I want!
 • Aww, I'm sorry Massie. But it's best to be prepared for a horse, rather than rush it for a preferred deadline.

I hope you're going to have more than just the money to buy the horse? Always best to keep a sturdy emergency fund. You know, expect the best, prepare for the worst kind of thing.

Is getting a job anything realistic for you? Babysitting for relatives? Right now it would be easy to get a job in retail and such if you're of age, because lots of people are hiring seasonal (For the busy Christmas season) and then they're likely to consider you for a job afterward.
