Only 2 weeks and she died!!!

Welll, as you may know Bama was put to sleep last month and I recieved my new little ones two weeks ago....well, I was gonna put them through brumation later on this month - Rouge had stopped eating on her own about 2-3 days ago, so I decided to prepare them earlier, then last night she started twitching in her sleep I kept an eye on her and she was still breathing. So, I went to be bed and awoke to her lying motionless....she died.....<br>I plan to email the company with a very upset response, things like this just don't happen over night.

    I emailed them, and my boyfriend has emailed them twice and they still have not replied when usually they reply within 15 minutes. :shock:

    The owner of the buisness contacted us last night - he said that they do not gaurntee internal problems, only live arrival. -.-<br>They also have a herp vet in once a week who is suppose to be like the "best" in Texas, and it seems as though he failed to do his job in concering the health of the animals. Which is ridicoulus becuase we spent $80 bucks on two lizards just for one to end up dead.

    My boyfriend was thinking of that. xDD<br>It's crazy, they refuse a refund becuase what happened to her was "out of their control" B.S. D< seems money goes to the head quickly.
