Free Banners - By the people, for the people
SO I've noticed a lot of free banner threads dying bcus people run out of time. And I came up with a great idea! Basically, it's like I WISH but you order a banner, and then the person below you makes it.<br><br>SO if you feel like making art you can do just one banner, and if you need free banners, you'll get them!<br><br>The rules are: <br>No asking for insane hard banners.<br>No complaining about the banners - they're free.<br>When you're going to make one, POST that you are, then EDIT your post and ad it - otherwise multiple people might make it.<br>If you make one, you can then order one, but you don't have to order to make, or make to order (if that makes sense.)<br><br>Have fun!
